Sarullo Extra Virgin Olive Oil in the classic 1 liter format is a monocultivar oil obtained from olives of the variety Biancolilla.
All stages of the production process are managed directly by the company Sarullo. The oil is entirely produced with Sicilian olives harvested by hand on the hills of Calamonaci and the surrounding area, which are brought to the mill and milled as soon as possible. This allows the organoleptic and health properties of the oil to be preserved unaltered.
The nose has light aromatic notes of fresh olive and the palate opens with an imprint of persistent sweetness, accompanied by the perception of the fruit and the delicate spicy finish.
